Import / Export Documents Application
We handle all the documents and paperwork required for export. We are a registered exporter with the certificates issuers such as NSW Business Chamber, Victorian Chamber of Commerce, and Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Certificate of Origin
The Certificate of Origin (CO) is a document to certify the place of growth, production or manufacture of goods. It is required when exporting to specific countries, when requested by the consignee for customs clearance, or when it's stipulated in a letter of credit. Required by many treaty agreements for cross-border trade, the CO is an important form because it can help determine whether certain goods are eligible for import, or whether goods are subject to duties.
Phytosanitary Certificate
You will require this certificate if you intend to export certain plant or plant products from Australia.
A phytosanitary certificate is issued by the Australian government for the benefit of the government of the importing country, testifying to the plant health status of the certified product.
The certificate guarantees that Australian plants or plant products:
- have been inspected and tested using appropriate procedures
- are considered to be free from quarantine pests and practically free from other injurious pests
- conform to current phytosanitary regulations of the importing country.
